Once we had offers in hand, Steve outlined the benefits and risks for each so we could make an informed decision to get the best outcome. He even attended closing and deposited funds for us since we were already out of state. Great communication throughout the whole process."

"Steve was great. He was very quick with responding and keep us up-to-date on new listing or change in a listing. He was very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. Even though it might have been an abundance of questions. I think the best part was he was not trying to sell us a house. If we didn't like a house, we would move on. Was honest about different aspects about each house that may be concerning. Gave us the good and bad of each house. We could tell that Steve was looking out for us, and that meant a lot to us."
